If time is limited or you do not want to spend the day walking, we drive. The spit is long and its most interesting places scattered; a car lets us see in one day what would take several on foot.

What you will see

  • Comfortable transport throughout the tour
  • An itinerary tailored to your interests and time
  • Places you cannot reach without a car
  • Stops based on your interests, not a timetable

About the tour

A private tour for you or your group with a professional guide and comfortable transport. No shared bus, strangers or rigid timetable.

Before the tour we decide what interests you most: dunes, settlements, nature or history. I plan the route accordingly, sharing local history and real people's stories along the way rather than repeating brochures.

I show you both the main sights and quieter places on the Curonian Spit that most people pass without stopping. We pause at the most beautiful spots and stay as long as we like.

Itinerary

The itinerary is tailored to your time and interests. We discuss it before the tour.

Included in the price

  • A private guide just for your group
  • Comfortable transport throughout the tour
  • An individually agreed itinerary

Not included

  • Neringa entry fee, where applicable
  • Museum and attraction tickets
  • Meals

Accessibility and physical effort

  • Most of the route is by car, making the tour suitable for people who find walking difficult.
  • At every stop you can choose how far to walk.
  • If you need a child car seat, let me know beforehand.

Practical information

  • We discuss the itinerary before the tour; a short phone conversation or exchange of messages is enough.
  • If you want to visit museums, check their opening hours in advance.
  • Summer weekends bring traffic and limited parking on the spit, so an earlier start helps.

Gallery

  • Sandy path through trees in Juodkrantė forest
  • The grey dunes in the Nagliai reserve: sand ridges, pine forest and the Curonian Lagoon in the distance
  • The red Pervalka lighthouse in the Curonian Lagoon, with reeds in the foreground

Frequently asked questions

  • Does the €200 price cover the whole group?
The price is for the tour, not per person. Contact me for the exact terms based on your group size and chosen itinerary; I reply within a day.
  • How long does the tour last?
Duration depends on the itinerary. Usually we allow half a day or a full day, agreed around your plans.
  • Can you pick us up from our hotel?
We agree on the meeting point individually. We usually start at your accommodation in Neringa or the Smiltynė ferry terminal.
